ABX: For use in commercial refrigeration systems.
Working on the same principals, ABX is designed to reduce energy consumption in medium to large commercial refrigeration systems. With the focus on simply improving existing equipment there is no down time, the investment is minimal and there is real return on investment. Depending on individual applications ABX can reduce electrical demand by 10% during run cycle operation and an additional 10% as temperature set points can be achieved faster for a combined reduction of 20% or greater. From single unit systems to multi unit applications ABX may give you what you are looking for, real savings without breaking the bank.
ABX is suitable for most refrigeration systems and because each system and location is different savings will vary. Potential saving can be estimated, and are based on load, time of use and other factors. On large scale applications, specific electrical testing should be performed by a certified third party to truly identify any possible saving and quantify results.
